Return and Exchange Policy - Halverston & Co.

At Halverston & Co., we offer flexible solutions to ensure your satisfaction:

1. Timeframes and Eligible Countries:

You have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange.
Eligible countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland*
(*Specific conditions apply for Switzerland, please contact customer service for more details.)

2. Refund for defective product:

Send us an email with photos of the item to initiate a refund.
Refund issued within 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Keep the item option for defective product with partial refund (no return required):

Keep the item and receive a 30% refund of its value.

4. Keep the item option for defective product with replacement:

We will send you a compliant replacement item free of charge at our expense.

5. Full refund for size issue with mandatory return:

Send us an email to initiate a return and full refund.
Refund issued within a maximum of 14 days after inspection of the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Keep the item option for size issue with discounted repurchase:

Send us an email to initiate a repurchase of the correct size.
We will provide you with a discount code so you can purchase the correct size item.

Gift Items and Promo Codes:

Gift items must be returned for a full refund.
Free gifts obtained with a promo code are subject to minimum purchase conditions. By default, the value of the gifted item will be deducted from your refund.
If you are unsure whether to return your gift, please contact our customer service.

Exceptions:

Underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return for hygiene and policy reasons.

Return and Exchange Procedure:

Confirm the return by email with photos of the product(s) at support@halverston.com
Return the order in its original condition and packaging.
Include your order number in the package and the reason for return (exchange / refund / store credit).
We recommend choosing a shipment with signature and insurance.

Return Processing:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are processed within a maximum of 14 business days after receipt.

Note:

Insure your package when shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Late returns (after 30 days) will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
